Accessibility

Accessibility features
Our current accessibility work includes:
- keyboard access and visible keyboard focus;
- headings, landmarks, labels, and status messages intended to work with screen readers;
- text alternatives for meaningful images and controls;
- support for browser zoom, reflow, high-contrast settings, and reduced-motion preferences; and
- plain-language instructions and text-based help for important customer tasks.
Audio and video
The service currently provides its important instructions in text and does not require a customer to hear audio to prepare a letter. If we add prerecorded video or audio, we intend to provide captions and transcripts. When necessary to understand important visual information, we will also provide an appropriate text description or audio description.
Known limits and ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing process, and some combinations of assistive technology, browser, device, or third-party content may behave differently. This statement describes our goal and current work; it is not a claim that every page is free of every accessibility barrier.
Request help or report a barrier
Email contact@creditlettermvp.com. Tell us:
- the page address or feature you were using;
- what you were trying to do and what happened;
- your browser, device, and assistive technology, if you are comfortable sharing them; and
- the best way to contact you.
Please do not email a credit report, government ID, Social Security number, signature, or other sensitive document. We can arrange a safer way to troubleshoot when necessary.
Alternative assistance
If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using a feature, contact us and we will work with you to provide the same information or service through a reasonable accessible method when possible.
