Accessibility

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Credit Letter MVP wants people with disabilities to be able to use our self-service letter-preparation tools. We aim to support WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines standard, and will continue improving the service as it changes.

Accessibility features

Our current accessibility work includes:

Audio and video

The service currently provides its important instructions in text and does not require a customer to hear audio to prepare a letter. If we add prerecorded video or audio, we intend to provide captions and transcripts. When necessary to understand important visual information, we will also provide an appropriate text description or audio description.

Known limits and ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and some combinations of assistive technology, browser, device, or third-party content may behave differently. This statement describes our goal and current work; it is not a claim that every page is free of every accessibility barrier.

Please do not email a credit report, government ID, Social Security number, signature, or other sensitive document. We can arrange a safer way to troubleshoot when necessary.

Alternative assistance

If an accessibility barrier prevents you from using a feature, contact us and we will work with you to provide the same information or service through a reasonable accessible method when possible.
