Mailing Authorization

Effective date: August 15, 2026

This authorization applies only when you separately choose and pay for "Mail with Lob." It does not apply when you download or print a letter yourself.

Your authorization

You authorize Credit Letter MVP to transmit the specific letters, signatures, sender and recipient addresses, and attachments you selected to Lob for printing, postage, and mailing. Credit Letter MVP does not choose the recipient or communicate with the recipient on your behalf.

Your final review

Before submitting, you confirm that you reviewed and approved:

• the full content of every letter;
• the sender and recipient names and mailing addresses;
• the signature shown on each letter;
• every attached document and the order in which it will be printed; and
• the displayed mailing method, quantity, and total price.

You confirm that the materials are truthful, lawful, appropriate for the intended recipient, and do not include documents you lack authority to use.

Submission, delivery, and refunds

Once Lob accepts a mailing job, it generally cannot be edited or canceled. Lob and postal carriers control printing, handling, delivery time, returned mail, and tracking updates. Credit Letter MVP cannot guarantee delivery by a particular date, recipient acceptance, a response, or any report or score outcome.

If you are charged but the mailing is not submitted because of our error, contact support so we can retry or issue an appropriate refund. Postage and printing already accepted by Lob are nonrefundable except where Lob refunds the job or applicable law requires otherwise. Nothing here waives a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
